What is your returns policy?

You can return your product within 28 days (14 days for sale), however, some exclusions apply:

• For hygiene reasons underwear and pierced jewellery (i.e. earrings, body jewellery) cannot be returned, unless faulty
• eGifts and Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged
